Steel Wire Armoured Silicone Tube

Purpose:

This steel wire armoured silicone tube is particularly recommended for use in industries such as food, cosmetics, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals for the transportation of liquids or semi-liquids. Its design strikes a balance between strength and weight, making it easy to handle. It offers a wide range of applications. The hose is engineered to withstand pressure or vacuum, enabling it to be used for transporting or absorbing liquids or semi-liquids from hot food, cosmetics, chemical industry, and pharmaceutical industry (such as pipes used in food applications; connection pipes for food machinery; alcohol connection pipes; pipes connecting water heaters and electric cookers; shells of electrical instruments; connection pipes, tubes, etc. for medical equipment).

Product Structure:

The tube is composed of food-grade silicone and three layers of enhanced "O" cloth and stainless steel wire. If necessary, it can be equipped with quick joints made of 316L stainless steel products to meet customer requirements.

Appearance:

The inner layer is transparent, and the outer layer is transparent milky white. The surface is extremely smooth.

Working Temperature Range:

-60°C / +180°C (It can reach up to 200°C (+392°F) for a short period of time).

Optional Sizes:

The inner diameter ranges from 6 mm to 102 mm. The normal length is 4 meters (13.12 feet). For special requirements, a length of 6 meters can be chosen. It can also be cut to the required length.

Working Pressure:

The working pressure is tested in accordance with silicone rubber ISO 1402/2009.
