Steel Wire Armoured Silicone Tube

Purpose: Particularly recommended for use in the food, cosmetics, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other industries for the transportation of liquids or semi-liquids. The design ensures a balance between strength and weight, making it easy to handle. It offers a very wide range of applications. The hose is designed to withstand pressure or vacuum, enabling it to be used for transporting or absorbing liquids or semi-liquids from hot food, cosmetics, the chemical industry, and the pharmaceutical industry (such as pipes used in food; joint pipes for food machinery; connections for alcohol; pipes connecting water heaters and electric cookers; shells of electrical instruments; connection pipes and tubes for medical equipment, etc.).

Product Structure: Composed of food-grade silicone and three layers of enhanced "O" cloth and stainless steel wire. If necessary, it can be equipped with quick joints made of 316L stainless steel products to meet customer requirements.

Appearance: The inner layer is transparent, and the outer layer is transparent milky white. The surface is very smooth.

Working Temperature Range: -60°C / +180°C (it can reach up to 200°C (+392°F) for a short period of time).

Optional Sizes: The inner diameter ranges from 6 to 102 mm. The normal length is 4 meters (13.12 feet). When there are special requirements, a length of 6 meters can be chosen. It can also be cut to the required length.

Working Pressure: The working pressure is tested in accordance with silicone rubber ISO 1402/2009.
